We have 60 inch tables that accommodate up to 8 guests or 72inch tables that can accommodate 10 guest.
4. When is the latest the final numbers can change before my function?

5. When do you typically finalize the menu? 30 days prior to the event. If I am providing a choice to my guests, how will you know who gets what the day of?

7. Can we upgrade our Wine Selections?

8. How are my guests’ dietary requests handled?
Advise the hotel two weeks in advance of any special dietary requirements and our Chef will prepare a special plated meal for the guest.
9. Can we offer signature drinks to our guests?
Yes, definitely! We can offer signature drinks to your guests, just let us know your theme or preferences, and we’ll help create something unique and memorable.
10. How many bartenders will be working my wedding?
You can expect 1 bartender for every 100 guests at your wedding. If your guest count is higher, we’ll ensure additional bartenders are scheduled accordingly to keep service smooth and timely.
11. What is a SOCAN fee and why do I pay this fee?
In Ontario, and across Canada, SOCAN fees are paid because using copyrighted music publicly requires a license.
12. Can we allow our guests to park their vehicles overnight at The Harmony Event Centre the night of the wedding?
Yes, guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight at The Harmony Event Centre. Parking is complimentary.
13. What happens if the power goes out?
We have back up emergency generators available onsite for emergency lighting.
14. Will the walkways be snow free and salted for my Winter Wedding or Event?
Yes, all walkways will be cleared of snow and properly salted to ensure safety for your Winter Wedding or Event.
15. How is the hotel stay, is it included my wedding package?
